Criteria for Startup Membership: Software, hardware, biotech, medical device, or life science technology-based companies headquartered or with significant operations in Orange County, California, AND any reasonable combination of fewer than 5 years in business, fewer than 100 employees, and/or less than $20MM raised from investors. No agencies, consulting firms, or service provider companies - even if they are startups.
