Introduction to UX/UI with Lucy Darby

Learn the essential principles of user experience and user interface design from Lucy Darby!

Join them Saturday, October 26 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at LearningFuze Web Development Bootcamp & Coding School, 9200 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618.

WHY UX/UI?

While web developers are typically responsible for building products, user experience (UX) designers focus on the process of improving customer satisfaction with the product, while user interface (UI) design focuses on the user’s visual experience.

Most web developers will find themselves collaborating with and/or using the same processes and skills as UX/UI designers in the job market and they need to know how to communicate effectively on projects. Beyond knowing certain terms and phrases, understanding the design process, user behavior, and a working knowledge of business strategy are essential skills for developers.

This 4-hour workshop is an overview course of the design process, UX/UI terminology, and practical strategies for working on projects focused on UX/UI.
