Why should you develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)? What are the common pitfalls of developing an MVP? What do investors want to see in your MVP? In this workshop, you’ll look at misconceptions about MVP and types of MVP for different stages of a startup. You’ll also learn how to address return on risk from a startup and investor perspective.

Presented by SBDC @ UCI Beall Applied Innovation Business Consultants Laura Beken and Mike Hill. Laura and Mike are both experienced startup founders with backgrounds in tech and medtech. They consult with SBDC clients to help them start, grow and scale their businesses.
