Daniel Akiva has over 25 years of experience in technology, software development, and cybersecurity. He has built and been running a successful fractional executive practice for the past 3 years (vCISO, fractional CTO/CIO). Prior to this, Daniel successfully exited from a fin-tech startup in mortgage where he held the roles of CTO and CEO. He has held executive and senior technical positions at LoanDepot, Rapid7 and Borland.
The focus of the talk will be on engagement types (board-level, Advisory, vs fractional executive), typical engagement focus, engagement structures such ad project-based structures, retainer-based structures, ineffective engagements, business setup and more!
