Dr. Gray represents 4.2 million small businesses in the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development as the Director of CalOSBA. Under her leadership, CalOSBA champions the voices of California’s small businesses, advocating for equitable access to capital, markets, and networks.
At the event, Dr. Gray will share her insights on programs such as Accelerate California Inclusive Innovation Hubs, a new statewide initiative that uniquely harnesses the state’s angel and venture capital networks with local resources to positively impact the economy, address challenges for underrepresented entrepreneurs, and expand access to capital.
