All Raise Announces Opening of Applications for Female VC Cohorts (Principals and Associates)
Applications now open: VC Cohorts for Principals (US-wide) and Associates (Southern California)

Who do you go to for support, mentorship, and sponsorship in a notoriously relationship-driven, male-dominated business?
Female checkwriters in VC make up just 12% of all checkwriters in the US. All Raise recognized that to disrupt the “old boys’ club,” they must empower female and non-binary investors to be wildly successful.
The VC Cohorts program does just that by creating tight-knit peer groups across the country, helping funders build trusted relationships, access new opportunities, and develop their careers.
Since launching the program in 2019, they’ve grown VC Cohorts to 286 investors. Shifting to virtual allowed them to include women from all over the US.
Most recently, 66 partners joined new cohorts, representing 13 different geographies, from Atlanta to Indianapolis. 17% of the partners identify as Latinx or Black women. All Raise is committed to building a new blueprint for the industry that’s inclusive of all founders and funders — regardless of gender, race, or background.

“Coming into venture straight from an operating role, I didn’t have a network of people to bond with. All Raise helped me quickly build deeper relationships. Our cohort meetings always end with talking about portfolio companies that are currently raising. I didn’t expect to share a deal with someone in my cohort, but she was an ideal investor for one of my portfolio companies and now we’re both on their board!”
