The myLanguage team is thrilled to provide a brief update on our progress. As we move into the summer months we hope this finds you sun-kissed and thriving. As the myLanguage team continues to push forward to success we want to share a snapshot of some of our recent activities and upcoming opportunities.

1. DHS SVIP Demo Week May 2024 Highlights

myLanguage was invited to attend and present at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP) Demo Week in Washington D.C. last month.

The event was not only a platform for us to showcase our advancements but also facilitated in-depth discussions with our existing partners at the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Excitingly, these interactions have opened doors to new dialogues with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Furthermore, we were honored to present to the DHS Artificial Intelligence Language
Translation Technologies (AILTT) Working Group in early June, a testament to our growing influence and boundary-pushing AI and ML techniques and technology.

2. Progress in DHS SVIP Phase 3

Our journey through Phase 3 of the DHS SVIP continues to gain momentum. We are currently in the throes of Red Team testing evaluations, refining our technology based on real-world feedback. The next couple of months are pivotal as we prepare to launch over 150 Version 2 prototypes with ICE and USCG, marking a significant milestone in our operational testing and deployment.

3. New Frontiers with the FBI

We are expanding our horizons by applying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Broad Agency Announcement to supply language and dialect detection services. This initiative aligns perfectly with our expertise and the growing need for sophisticated language recognition capabilities in national security

4. Exciting Fundraising Developments

Following our success at the DHS SVIP Demo Week, we’ve seen a heightened interest in our technology, emphasizing the critical need for our translation and AI solutions. We are currently in discussions with several leading US defense-tech funds and positive change-focused venture capitalists and are in due diligence with potential partners.

This fundraising effort will bolster our technological and product roadmap, propelling us toward our goal of securing contracts with USCG and ICE by mid-2025.
