123 Baby Box is a monthly subscription box for babies powered by artificial intelligence. With their acceptance comes their first seed investment valuing the company at $2 million.

The Los Angeles based accelerator provides early stage startups with seed funding, mentorship and exit strategy. The company, led by CEO Zarina Bahadur, has already established global partnerships with 40+ major baby companies. “We believe the Long Beach Accelerator will be crucial in providing us with the right connections to further scale the company. Being able to now expand our reach beyond Orange County will be immensely beneficial. Leveraging the Los Angeles network will allow us to establish strategic partnerships while putting us in a position for further growth and success” Bahadur mentions.

E-commerce sales continue to grow throughout the world as people are turning more towards online to do their shopping rather than in person. 123 Baby Box currently operates their e-commerce store in the USA market but has plans to launch in the international markets very soon. The company has seen much interest in their products in Europe, Canada, and Australia. Bahadur states, “The use of ecommerce has had an upward spike due to the global pandemic. However, the trajectory of e-commerce will only continue to rise as our society is evolving.”

Being a subscription based service, the company has always taken a more consumer centric approach and continues to put their customer as the core focus of their business. Bahadur emphasizes, “Our customers trust us and are very loyal to our company so it is our job to go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met and taken care of.”
