KPMG QuantumShift CEO & Entrepreneurs Program
Join an exclusive group of CEOs and entrepreneurs for QuantumShift.
KPMG’s Private Markets Group and the University of Michigan are searching for the next class of America’s most promising CEOs and entrepreneurs to participate in the fifth annual QuantumShift program.
QuantumShift is a five-day, peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunity for founders, owners and CEOs of private, high-growth U.S.-based companies. The fifth session of this high-level, intensive program will be held at the University of Michigan from June 14-19, 2020.
Led by world-renowned thought leaders from Michigan Ross, ranked consistently in the top ten for entrepreneurship by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine, the program covers topics that matter most to growth entrepreneurs ready to launch their business to the next level. Upon completion of the program, participants become alumni of QuantumShift, continuing to connect through an exceptional business support network designed and facilitated by KPMG and Michigan Ross.
Since 2016, over 130 leaders of fast growing, private companies have completed the program and have taken with them tools and inspiration to energize employees, drive change and innovation, and deliver value to stakeholders. Alumni of the program include the CEOs of Freshly, IT Cosmetics, TicketManager, and DoubleDutch to name a few.
What’s required?
The program is for founders, owners and CEOs of successful, private, high-growth U.S. companies that are generating sales revenue between $10 - $500 million and experiencing sustained growth over a three year period. Nominees should have a personal net worth that is substantially tied to the success of the business, be committed to propelling the business to the next level, and be eager to learn, develop and collaborate with other entrepreneurial leaders during and after the program.
