OC Lawyers among National Best for Startups

Ten partners from local law firm, Stradling, were recently named to the 2019 Best Lawyers in America list. 

The winners were selected based on a national peer review survey submitted by other attorneys nationwide. 

While Stradling partners from multiple disciplines were honored, the names of top local startup lawyers are of most interest to our readers.

These included Chris Ivey and Mark Skaist, the two Co-Chairs of the Stradling law firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Group. 

Based in Newport Beach, both men are well-recognized experts in the types of transaction of most value to Orange County startup founders and investors.
