Well iQ is a real time, digital patient feedback platform for the healthcare industry (and beyond). The product addresses the problem of lagging survey times and anemic survey response rates that has plagued healthcare and compromised the patient experience for years.
Well iQ gives patients a voice and providers results from being able to listen to them. This helps to improve quality of care & patient satisfaction as measured by MIPS/HCAHPS scores which 2015’s MACRA healthcare legislation now requires for Medicare reimbursements.
