Irvine's Revive Announces Five New Significant Hires

Revive Ramps Up Expansion with Key Hires, Counters Industry Downsizing Trend

IRVINE, Calif. — June 28, 2023 — Orange County’s Revive, the most complete presale home renovation solution for sellers, is bucking the industry trend by adding top talent while others are downsizing.

ReviveUnlike most real estate technology firms, which are reducing staff or announcing deep cuts, the Irvine-based Revive has grown its team by 50 percent since the start of the year, adding 15 new members. Today, Revive boasts 46 full-time employees, the majority in its new Irvine headquarters across from Irvine Spectrum Center, and is still expanding.

The firm is extending its reach to new regions, growing its footprint to include Texas, Florida, Washington state, and Washington DC. Revive continues to actively recruit new talent, projecting a headcount of 60 “Revivers” nationwide by year-end.

CEO and Founder at Revive, Michael Alladawi, notes the strategic significance of these personnel additions. "This is an intentional move to deepen our bench with bright, talented, and proven professionals," said Alladawi. "As we extend our reach to key US markets where we have built strong relationships with leading brokerages, these new hires will play pivotal roles in our expansion and enhance the value we bring to our partners."

Recent additions to the Revive team include:

Tiffany Ching, Graphic Designer: An experienced real estate designer formerly with HOM Sotheby’s International and Villa Real Estate, Ching will help enhance Revive’s brand with high-quality content and provide UX guidance for the engineering team.

Jade Kang, Software Engineer: A Northeastern University graduate and former Accenture employee, Kang is set to contribute his passion for software engineering to the development of Revive's mobile app, a project estimating tool, and the company's website.

Guillermo Hurtado, Assistant Project Lead: Drawing on his wealth of experience, Hurtado will manage residential renovation projects, ensuring the finished product aligns with the original design vision.

Jeremy Henderson, Residential Renovations Project Lead (Orange County): With a background in real estate and renovation, Henderson will take on the role of Project Lead, managing multiple residential renovations at once and offering support to Revive’s real estate agent partners, their clients, and general contractors.

Sadaf Amiri, Residential Renovations Project Advisor (San Francisco): Formerly an integral part of Redfin Concierge Service, Amiri will now leverage her expertise to support homeowners and real estate agents throughout the renovation process. She'll provide project estimates, oversee construction, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Revive's growth strategy is rooted in its commitment to expanding its team with accomplished professionals. Alladawi notes this strategy is a key part of Revive’s larger mission to drive expansion and provide robust home renovation solutions to homeowners and real estate professionals.

As the market dynamics continue to shift, Alladawi notes Revive remains “committed to investing in top talent to fuel its growth and continue delivering unmatched service to homeowners and real estate professionals.” For more information about Revive, please visit www.revive.realestate.
