SoCal's CI Tech Ventures Hosts $50K Venture Battle Pitch Competition

Southern California Incubator Offering $50,000 Prize Money For Its Next Startup Investment.

Want to win $50,000 in cash as funding for your startup? The CI Tech Ventures team will be hosting their $50K Venture Battle Pitch Competition this coming June 9, 2022.

This event will be a great opportunity for startup companies to present their businesses in front of a panel of experienced investors and entrepreneurs.

This Venture Battle pitch competition will start off with 24 companies to pitch their businesses in front of the panel of judges.

From there, only 12 companies will move on to the next round where they will conduct a second pitch to present their business plan and answer questions from the judges.

After that, 6 companies will be chosen as finalists who will then battle it out in the final round. The grand prize winner of this competition will receive $50,000 in funding as a cash investment, plus additional legal, marketing, and software in-kind services.

The criteria for application are as follows:

Your team must be committed to working on your startup full time if you were to win the cash prize.
Your team must be a minimum of 2 people, and you must be subject matter experts in your given vertical.
You must have a comprehensive pitch deck and executive summary that will give us an overview your company, and how it is different than what is in the marketplace.
You must be willing to accept a convertible note as terms for the cash prize investment.
