Renewing OCSC Startup Company Member: Sundry Funds
Thank you to Sundry Funds, a renewing Member of the OC Startup Council.
Sundry Funds is a platform to help employee equity holders mitigate their risk by giving them access to pools of equity.
They create and administer special purpose vehicles designed to be used by employees equity holders of private companies. Through the Sundry platform, equity holders can view various vehicles, as well as which companies are going to make up those vehicles, and choose to participate based on the makeup of the vehicles. Sundry then administers those vehicles until all companies have exited.
