Problem: Outdated and sub-optimal tools/metrics for determining prospective real estate investment risk/profit potential.

Solution: Will not disclose which proprietary metrics/data points comprise the algorithm in dev, save to say that they are hyper-relevant and account for the most useful/up-to-date metrics that aren't being utilized by any startup/otherwise in such predictive analytics.
