If you're an Orange County Business Development ace who loves helping clients with custom software development, you’ve got to watch this video.

Vincit is custom software development shop looking for TWO new business development executives to be based in Irvine.

And to promote these opportunities, they made the funniest recruiting video of the year right here.

To emphasize Vincit’s dual Finnish/California work culture, Vincit California’s CEO, Ville Houttu, and Dalip Jaggi, its Head of Business, created this dual language video (complete with sub-titles) talking about the new opportunities. 

And, to promote the jobs they shot the video outside in one take, including special guest cameo appearances by multiple other Vincit team members. 

(Anyone who’s ever tried to make their own movies knows how difficult all that can be to do well!)

The video does a great job of visually demonstrating Vincit’s dual Finnish-California vibe, and showing how the company’s commitment to creativity and workplace fun has made them a repeated “best places to work” award winner, too.
